ACC Credentialed Minister;
B.Couns.Psych., M.Psych.
(The University of Queensland)
Sabrina Peters is a passionate and wholehearted leader who wears many hats, pastor, psychologist, writer, and speaker - all grounded in a deep love for people and a deep commitment to wholeness.
Based in Brisbane, she co-leads Kingdomcity alongside her husband Ben, where together they serve their local church community with vision, humility, and authenticity. With nearly two decades of ministry experience, Sabrina brings a refreshing blend of spiritual wisdom and clinical insight to everything she does, firmly believing that the best you is a whole you, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
As a registered psychologist, Sabrina spends her week working in private practice in Brisbane, supporting individuals across the lifespan: children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She’s especially passionate about helping people navigate anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, relationship dynamics, and emotional regulation. Her therapeutic style is warm, client-centred, and grounded in evidence-based models like CBT, DBT, ACT, and the Gottman Method for couples. Whether she’s in session or on stage, Sabrina’s heart is always to create safe spaces where people can feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
Through her platform The Healthy You, Sabrina’s hope is to equip others with practical tools and resources that bridge psychology and faith, encouraging healing that runs deep and lasts. She also shares in real and raw conversations on her podcast The Healthy Christian, where faith meets everyday mental health in ways that are both relatable and transformative. But above all, she’s a devoted wife to Ben and proud mum to Liberty and Lincoln.
