Downloads & Access
How do I access my download after purchasing? +
After completing your purchase, you will receive two emails — an order confirmation, and a separate download email containing your secure download link. Click the link in that email to access your file immediately. We recommend saving the file to your device or cloud storage as soon as possible.
What file type will I receive? +
All products are delivered as PDF files. Some bundles may be packaged as a ZIP file containing multiple PDFs. You can open PDF files on any device using free apps such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview (Mac), GoodNotes, or Notability.
What if I can't access my file or the link has expired? +
Download links are valid for 24 hours after purchase. If your link has expired or you are having trouble accessing your file, please contact us with your order number and we will resend your download promptly.
Product Questions
Is this a physical product? Will something be shipped to me? +
No — all products in The Healthy You shop are digital downloads only. Nothing will be posted or shipped to you. You receive instant access to your files after purchase, which you can print at home or use digitally on any device.
Can I print the workbook at home? +
Yes — every workbook is designed to be printed at home or at a local print shop. Files are formatted in A4 size and include full-colour illustrations. For best results, print in colour on standard A4 paper.
Can I use these on my iPad or tablet? +
Absolutely. All resources work beautifully on iPad and Android tablets using apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Adobe Acrobat. You can annotate, write, and work through the prompts directly on your device without printing.
Professional Use
Can therapists or counsellors use these with their clients? +
Yes — our resources are designed with therapists, school counsellors, and allied health professionals in mind. You may use them as session tools or homework resources for your clients. Each purchase covers personal or single-practice use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing digital copies is not permitted.
Can I share these with others or use them commercially? +
All resources are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share the files digitally with others. Each person who wishes to use the resource should purchase their own copy. If you are interested in a group or organisational licence, please get in touch.
Is this therapy? Can these replace professional support? +
No. These resources are psychoeducational tools only — they are designed to inform, support, and build skills, but they are not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or professional mental health care. If you or someone you know is experiencing distress, please reach out to a qualified professional or, in an emergency, contact your local crisis line or emergency services.
Orders & Refunds
Do you offer refunds on digital products? +
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, refunds are not offered once a file has been downloaded. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
